Mausoleum

Mi nuevo proyecto es hacer un cementerio completo como escenografía para cualquier juego de fantasía y he empezado por un mausoleo, arriba se puede ver el comienzo del proyecto (haciendo los planos), y iré añadiendo nuevas fotos esta tarde, por ahora sólo dejo un par de ellas para que veáis como ha comenzado. La idea es hacerlo todo por partes para después sacar copias de todo mi trabajo, y desde luego lo pondré a la venta, que eso de estar desempleado me hace buscar alternativas legales para ganar dinero.
En la siguiente foto, he pasado los que son todas las paredes a cartón de cereales, para que actúan como soporte para todo lo demás que tengo que ir poniendo.

Y aquí todas las piezas recortadas, faltan las piezas de lo que será el tejado, pero he querido dejarlo al final y concentrarme en una de las parte que mas me gustan de este proyecto, las paredes de piedra, quería ver si podría simular bien la piedra usando poliestireno.

Aquí están los trozas de poliestireno ya cortados en tiras. Cada uno tengo que modelarlo para que den el aspecto de piedra. La cortarlo es bloques tan estrechos es más fácil hacer cada piedra por separado, si tienes las medidas necesarias.

Aquí ya están modeladas cada una de las piedras, aunque no están fijadas al cartón. Sólo están colocada para comprobar que todas tienen más o menos la misma longitud y que no me he pasado a la hora de cortar ni modelar.

A continuación las dos paredes laterales de los que será el mausoleo. Como se puede ver en la fotografía he arrancado trozos bastante grandes de cada una de las "piedras" de esa forma parece una construcción más antigua. La separación entre cada piedra es muy grande, pero está hecho así de forma deliberada, por que antes de seguir hay que darle una buena capa de cola blanca y esta rellenará las rendijas, y con arena fina parecerá la vieja argamasa que se uso para unir cada bloque.

Por ahora esto es todo, esta noche continuaré con este proyecto y mañana seguramente subiré más fotografías para que podáis seguir el proyecto.

My new project is to make a complete cementery to use it in any fantasy game and I have started a mausoleum, in the picture above, you can see the beginning of the project (doing plans) and will be adding new photos this afternoon, for now just leave a couple so you can see them as has begun. The idea is to do everything for parts and then make copies of all my work, and of course I will put on sale, that being unemployed makes me seek legal alternatives to make money.

In the next photo, which I have passed all the walls are cardboard cereal, to act as a support for everything else I have to go getting.

And here all the cut pieces, missing pieces of what will be the roof, but I wanted to leave at the end and concentrate on one of the part that I like this project, the stone walls, I wanted to see if I could simulate well the stone using polystyrene.

Here are the pieces of polystyrene and cut into strips. Every one I have to model it to give the appearance of stone. The cut is so narrow blocks is easier to make each stone separately, if you have the necessary measures.

Here are modeled and each of the rocks, but they are not fixed to the board. They are only placed to ensure that all have roughly the same length and I have not gone down in time to cut and modeled.

Then the two side walls of which is the mausoleum. As you can see in the picture I started fairly large pieces of each of the stones in this way seems an older building. The separation between each stone is very large, but it is done well so deliberated, that before going there to give a good coat of white glue and this will fill the cracks with sand and you get the old glue that was used to unite each block.
